He snuck through the bowels of the highly guarded villainous containment center where villains caught and held innocent heroes or victims and tortured them. The skilled spy weaved his way around security cameras and traps hidden within the walls that had been installed just in case some nosy hero dared to sneak inside to free any of the victims.

Not making a sound, the hedgecat kept up using his invisibility cloak as he made his way deeper and deeper into the maximum security villain prison. He had his assignment, and he would not fail. He never failed, and he rarely lost his cool. He had no family to speak of, or any friends, either. He was simply a spy working for a top secret organization that had been incorporated for aiding the world whenever help was needed.

The spy’s name was Justin, although he was also called by his codename Rocket. He had orange fur and a long, lion-like tail with an interesting shape on the end. He had mysterious violent eyes, much like Knuckles’, and almost always wore a blue suit with tight, black pants. His trusty gun was always held in the hoister on his side.

As Justin reached the lowest level of the prison, he retraced his steps for a few yards, checking to see if he had been detected or followed. When he was confident that he was alone, he checked his surroundings. He was standing in a long, dark tunnel. At the end was a dim light, showing another larger room. He quickly slinked along the floor toward the doorway, making sure to keep his eyes peeled at all times.

When he reached the doorway, he looked around. It was a maze, with tiny doors with faded numbers on them jutting out of the walls. They were jail cells that held prisoners. Just seeing them made Justin shiver a bit, but he did not waste any time. As much as it hurt him to not help everyone, his mission was to rescue “the informant” that his boss had told him about, and no one else.

Justin slowly moved along the walls, trying to stay quiet. He still had his invisibility cloak on, so he would not be seen if anyone tried to sneak up on him. However, he did not know the room where the prisoner that he was looking for was, and trying to find the right room could pose a major problem.

This could be tricky, Justin thought slowly, running a hand through his hair, but it’s nothing that I can’t handle. As he made his way along, he thought he heard something. Did it come from a jail cell? Did it come from behind him? Did it come from somewhere else in the prison? Even though he was invisible, Justin felt a drop of sweat drip down his chin. He slowly pulled out his gun and took another step forward…
